Townsend Bay Marine specializes in upgrading yachts with additions such as bow thrusters, stabilizers, and swim platforms. We are preferred installers for American Bow Thrusters , Wesmar (thrusters and stabilizers), Teak Decking Systems, Hurricane Heaters and Kabola Heaters.
A common challenge when upgrading yachts is to get that "factory installed" look. Townsend Bay excels at integrating additional systems into your yacht in a manner that is both pleasing and consistent with the original style and quality of the yacht. A great example is this Nordhavn 47, where the owners wanted stabilizers but space for the actuators was at a premium. We modified the cabinetry in a head to fit the actuactor into a locker, then faired the resulting "bulge" in such a way that it looked like it came that way from the factory.
